Our employees have been informed that they should not report to work if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have experienced symptoms in the 72 hours prior to start of shift. Most importunely, our employees are trained in COVID-19 safety guidelines and these Protocols. We are also encouraging our tenants, vendors and contractors to implement this training.

Customers should use mask when they visit our store or they can request a mask on entrance of the shop.

Follow the steps below to place an order.

1. Add to Cart

To add an item to your cart, select “Add to Cart” on the product page.

2. Review Shopping Cart

After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting  at the top of any page on ztexture.com.

3. Proceed to Checkout

When you are ready to order, select the “Check out” button located in your shopping cart.

4. Account Login
  • Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply fill out new details system will automatically create a new account.
  • New Customers: New customers will need to  fill out details system will automatically create a new account.
5. Enter a Billing Address

Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution.

 6. Enter a Shipping Address

If your shipping address is the same as the billing address just fill one address otherwise click check box  SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? and fill that too.

7. Payment Information

Select your method of payment method. If you chose “Direct Transfer” you will get details of account numbers in your email.

If you have a Promotion Code, make sure to use before check out. 

 

8. Submit Order
  • Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Place Order” to complete the order.
  • An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number.
  • We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you.
9. Check Your Order Status

If, at any time, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account.

Your order will be delivered to you through a Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when they will deliver the order.

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 3 to 7 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 13 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

Orders above Rs 1,500 ship free of charge.

For orders below Rs 1,500 we charge a fix rate of Rs 215 per order.

Our system automatically calculates the correct shipping charge when you place your order.

We sell many international brands, each having its own size specs. We try to map these sizes to our standard Pakistani sizes so that it is convenient for our buyers to order online. You will see a different size label on the product and website than the size label on the garment in such case.

Please wear the garment to see if it fits. If not, please return it for a refund or exchange voucher.

We will accept any unworn, unwashed products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Please attach a picture and explain the reason for the return when you start the return. The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable courier companies at his own expense to our address:

You can start a return when you will go to “My Account” page and navigate to your orders.
